The book patrimony of the Library made available to users is divided between volumes on open shelves, approximately 70-75%, and volumes kept in deposit. In order to respect the volumes of the Library, the following indications are required.

- Each user can access up to a maximum of 5 volumes at the same time.
- The volumes taken for consultation from the shelves must always be placed at the end of the consultation in the special "RETURNED BOOKS" shelves (one for each floor), respecting the numbers of the sections of the Library, for example: I-III; AO; MP Un etc ...
- The volumes with collocation A.O., DEP., DEP.-P.T., FASC., LAS., MICROFICHE, RARI, XXIV, XXV must be requested when completing the online form. The request is limited to a maximum of 5 volumes per day.
- The book request service is carried out from MONDAY to FRIDAY from 8:00 to 16:00 and on SATURDAY from 8:00 to 11:00.
- The volumes requested must be returned on the same day as the request, by handing them in at the desk at the entrance to the library. If they need to be served the following day, use the "Maneant" form by filling it in with your name and surname and deliver the book to the desk at the entrance to the library (1st floor).
- The volumes forming part of the "TEACHERS RESERVES" must be requested at the desk at the entrance to the library by filling in a special form, available at the entrance, in which it is necessary to indicate, in legible writing (in block capitals), the location, your surname and the number of the shipment used. The volumes requested must be returned on the same day as the request to the desk at the entrance to the library.
The Document Delivery service consists of the exchange of copies of documents between libraries at local, national and international level.
The Library provides the service exclusively for journal articles, under the following conditions:
The incoming Document Delivery service, intended for institutional users (Biblicum’s professors and students), allows for requisitioning copies of journal articles not owned by the Biblicum’s library:
Requests must be sent by filling the requisite form to a maximum of 3 per month.
- The service provides for reimbursement of expenses to be paid by the user, the amount of which will be communicated to the applicant at the start of the procedure (reimbursement of the print according to the tariff of the Biblicum’s library; in cases where the supplier library requests a refund for the shipment of the document);
- Upon arrival of the requested document, the user will be contacted immediately by e-mail.
Inbound Document Delivery Form
The outgoing Document Delivery service, intended for the libraries concerned, only provides copies of articles from periodicals owned by the Biblicum’s library.
- Requests must be sent by filling in the appropriate form (for a maximum of 3 per month for the libraries of the URBE and ACNP consortium; for a maximum of 1 per month to the other libraries);
- The Biblicum’s library provides the service free of charge in a reciprocal free scheme;
- The documents will be sent in electronic format to the requesting library, which must deliver them to the user in paper format and delete the received file.

Note: Requests from private individuals will not be considered. If they wish to make a request to the Biblicum’s library, they must make it through a library.

Please use the form below to report errors for all types of materials in the library catalog.
In general, the sorts of problems that should be reported as errors are those that result in search and retrieval problems, such as incorrect filing indicators and misspellings which affect a search.
We welcome your input and will attempt to correct any errors in a timely fashion.

The photocopy service is organized in the following ways:
- Self-service with badge
- With operator
The "self service" photocopying service is carried out through the use of your badge, rechargeable at the entrance of the Library.
The scans made can be sent directly to your USB device or to the e-mail address provided for registration in the Library.
As an alternative to the "self service" service, the Library offers its users an operator service.
This service does not provide ‘Rush’ services.
On average it takes about 3 working days between the day of the request and that of the withdrawal.
To receive an efficient photocopy service, please observe the following rules:
- Issues the following data to the Librarian: date, location of the volume (if it is a magazine, indicate also number, year and file), requested pages, name, surname and telephone number.
If the request is incomplete, the photocopies will not be made.
Photocopies can be collected at the desk at the entrance of the Library at the following times:
- Monday - Friday from 8:00 to 17:30;
- Saturday from 8:00 to 12:00

Whatever the method chosen, in compliance with copyright legislation, it is not possible to photocopy books for a use other than personal use.
It is also forbidden to photocopy volumes:
- Whole (within the limit of 15% of each work);
- Printed before 1900 (except for exceptions authorized by the librarian);
- For consultation (sections i, ii, iii);
- Larger than the panel size of the copier;
- In precarious conditions
For exceptional requests it is necessary to agree with the management of the work to be performed.
